1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nabaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market and accessible at https://nabaje.ws. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the nabaje platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop accessing or using the nabaje platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. nabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform; it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with nabaje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the nabaje platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. nabaje operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must be the registered account holder and must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary account closure, or other restriction imposed by nabaje or any other platform that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

nabaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on nabaje, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

nabaje reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. nabaje will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits into your nabaje BDT account are processed in real time via supported mobile wallet and bank transfer channels. nabaje does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges which are outside nabaje's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within 30 minutes of approval, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Bank transfer: typically same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 BST; next business day for later requests.

nabaje reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or withdrawals following significant account activity. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. nabaje does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee; the full requested BDT amount is dispatched to the player's verified payment method.

Withdrawals may only be processed back to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the account, unless an exception is approved in writing by the nabaje support team.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

nabaje offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, first-deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over any general provision in this clause.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated in the offer) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Real-money funds deposited into your account are used first when placing wagers, before bonus funds are drawn upon, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• nabaje reserves the right to withdraw any active bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus balances and void associated winnings where abuse, misuse, or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player account.
• Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications may not be eligible for all promotional offers.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on nabaje — including live casino titles, slots, fish shooting games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface or on the relevant game description page. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for the specific game or market concerned.

nabaje uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' own dealing and payout procedures.

In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or any other technical error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, nabaje reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. nabaje's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and market. Pre-match and live (in-play) betting are both available where indicated. Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where provided for in specific market rules.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

nabaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account. Any account found to have been opened by a self-excluded individual will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nabaje platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of nabaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the nabaje platform without prior written consent from nabaje.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nabaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if nabaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nabaje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

nabaje does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

10. Termination and Account Closure

nabaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software.
• Creation of duplicate accounts.
• Account access by a person under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nabaje reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is at nabaje's discretion without cause on the part of the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

nabaje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nabaje platform, you agree to first contact nabaje's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. nabaje will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt.

nabaje's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status shall be final and binding, provided that it has been reached in good faith and with reference to available records and these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nabaje will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
